Nicely appointed hotel, unbeatable location right on Banff Ave Easy walk to shops n restaurants and with PARTICULARLY NICE views. The room was huge, airy and had facilities one might need. Cool drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

Well-appointed hotel, fairly clean, very pleasant staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great meal at indoor restaurant. It was a such great stay, you could leave a car on-site.
Breakfasts here definitely should have been included for the price.

the small small balcony was a bonus. the location was great, with bumpers the beef house nearby, where we could eat. walking distance to upper hot springs. the room was good sized.
